The Firm
Litigation and Commercial Law are the Firm’s key practice areas.
The actions of our Firm and professionals are governed at all times by the four basic principles of insight, ethics, conviction and independence.
Insight
To achieve this goal, we base our work not merely on the accumulation of legal and business knowledge, though such expertise is undoubtedly a logical premise, but on the certainty that only one out of all the possible solutions to a problem must necessarily be the best.
Ethics
We are not beholden to any third parties, and we have no prior ties or loyalties which might in any way condition our commitment to serve our clients and defend their interests. At our Firm, we do what we ought, neither more nor less.
Conviction
It takes determination to be true to oneself and to do what one believes to be right, just as it needs tenacity to give of one’s best at all time times and to keep up commitment day after day.
Independence
Our understanding of independence is universal. It means freedom to act according to our own criteria, unconstrained by outside influences on the client-lawyer relationship.
Hence, the actions of our Firm are guided at all times by our own convictions and by the needs and demands of our clients, free from external pressures.
