José Manuel’s long professional experience in the field of Commercial Law qualifies him to offer penetrating, effective advice on transactions, contracts and activities of all kinds.

He has advised on sports sponsorship, advertising and management agreements. His clients include investors specializing in the development of sports infrastructure in different countries.

Now a Managing Partner of De Carlos Remón, he began his career in 1990 in the Commercial Law department at the firm of Clifford Chance. He also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors and Chief Legal Officer of Jazztel between 2000 and 2002.
