As a restructuring expert, bankruptcy administrator and consultant specializing in refinancing companies in productive and emerging sectors his priority is to streamline bankruptcy and restructuring procedures by favoring negotiation between the parties, both on the side of the debtor -individuals or business groups- and the creditor -investment funds, family offices, financial entities and direct lending corporations; this is enhanced by his dual status as economist and lawyer, which provides a multidisciplinary and better up-to-date vision in conflict resolution.
He has also developed his negotiating capacity in the area of public affairs, acting in defense of the interests of institutional clients and business corporations in the processing of European regulations on the environment, climate change and the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
