De Carlos Remón M&A practice advises in Inerco corporate restructuring
Inerco, a Spanish company leader in the design and development of sustainable energy infrastructure, has modified its share capital to reinforce the commitment of the company’s directors and new investors to its potential for growth.
De Carlos Remon M&A practice has advised Chalten Inversiones, represented by José Manuel González, president of Cesur and former CEO of Howden, which has acquired 24% of the shares. Inerco managers led by its general director, Pedro Marín, have also reinforced their presence in the share estructure.
