De Carlos Remón advises Kira Ventures in its agreement with Cepsa to develop green energy projects

The Commercial Law Department of De Carlos Remón has advised Kira Ventures, a comprehensive advisory firm for the energy transition, in its agreement with Cepsa to develop up to 15 biomethane plants in Spain.

Throughout this agreement, Kira Ventures supports Cepsa in its aim to decarbonize its activity, replacing natural gas with renewable gas and also offering a real alternative for sustainable mobility and biofuel.

The first plants under this agreement will be operational in the medium term and will help not only reduce carbon emissions but also boost rural development.
