Carlos Remon advises WeMet in the acquisition of five sports clubs from Basic-Fit

De Carlos Remon has advised WeMet, lead by Javier and Sergio Pellón, who have both extensive experience in the management of premium sports clubs, in the acquisition of five centers from Basic-Fit.

The acquisition entails an addition of 20,000 m2 in sports facilities by WeMet, which will now have nine clubs in Madrid and Barcelona.

Inerco, a Spanish company leader in the design and development of sustainable energy infrastructure, has modified its share capital to reinforce the commitment of the company’s directors and new investors to its potential for growth.

De Carlos Remon M&A practice has advised Chalten Inversiones, represented by José Manuel González, president of Cesur and former CEO of Howden, which has acquired 24% of the shares. Inerco managers led by its general director, Pedro Marín, have also reinforced their presence in the share estructure.
